Returns & Exchanges

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at backwaterborn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We’ll get back to you with instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order.
